I called Kevin at 1:30 in the afternoon with an emergency situation. My water Heater was leaking. Kevin was kind, professional and more than willing to help out in any way he could! He knew this could have caused major problems. He was in the middle of his workday and said he would help me. Within 3 hours I had a new water heater ! Thank You so much ! I would definitely recommend this company .
Esme I had almost the same experience to the letter, he came in very friendly, all I asked him to do at this point was to disconnect the water heater to stop the leaking that had flooded a part of the basement, it was obviously the the heater needed to be replaced, but as soon as I said that the hot water heater was still under warranty that's when things turned ugly , he bullied me and scared me and demanded $1000.00 deposit to come back the next day to do the job, the only fee's he discussed with me was the price of a new heater which would be $2500.00, besides suffering from a permanent progressive disease known as CMT Syndrome, I also deal with anxiety and depression, so I begged him to work with me at which point he said he would accept $500.00, but it had to be cash, I felt like I had no other choice it was getting late. After accepting the cash he walked out and I thought he would return with some type of receipt, instead he left, I know I should have researched him further but I was in distress and thought I could trust him, oh by the way also one of the things he did was discredit as he called it what a hack job had been done by the previous person to work on this ,which by the way was also a professional plumber, the other thing he did was cut large sections of coper pipes and clamps that he claimed he was moving it out of my way so I wouldn't trip, when he was actually putting in his van and took it with out my permission, which is called theft, I did call the police and made a report but when I stopped by today I was told that it wasn't ready yet due to scheduling, I will post the result as soon as I get more information, if anyone chooses to use this company please make sure you get prices first, and don't take your eyes of him as of now he is a thief, BE CAREFULL !!!!!!!!! Update went to police department to pick up the report I filed and was told it had not been filed yet due to scheduling, OK spoke to patrolman Pindyck who assured me he would look into it personally, so this morning 10/28/2016, and was told he spoke to Kevin and Kevin claimed he only took 10 feet of copper, which to me is admitting to the crime, but apparently their are levels of theft and the police will only get involved if they signed the theft or if it's of high monetary value, so I now have to file another type of complaint at the municipal clerk, which I intend to do, a person who takes advantage of the handicap and people who are in dire straits as many of us are should be punished!!!!!! I hope that the people who have been wrong by this individual come forward and together maybe we can save others from the fate we had to endure. Feel free to contact me and I will help with the process learning as I go but strength in numbers please let's not let him get away with exploiting others.!!!!!!!!!

I called this business to replace a cold water valve that was leaking in my shower. They showed up on time the next day, as we agreed. He went in my bathroom, pulled all of the valves out, replaced them and changed the handles, without saying a word to me. He then charged me $239 for work that I did not request or approve, even after I had told him the day before that I had been laid off from my job. I will not be using him again.
